That's right, for their anniversary Elevated has curated three highly exotic Runtz cuts that are all of the highest quality and ready to tantalize your tastebuds with their unique skews on the Runtz flavor profile. In this review, we're going to highlight and formally introduce each version to you.
First stop on the tour is the extremely pungent LA Runtz. While Runtz is a Cookies fam cross of Zkittlez and Gelato 33, the LA version has a more secretive lineage that likely includes some Jet Fuel Gelato given the similarities in aroma. That aroma, by the way, is straight f'ing gas. It's super skunky, it's mega funky, and...is that coffee grounds and a touch of hazelnut I smell? What exotic smoke this is!
She tokes smooth too, and the consensus seems to be rolling this in joints is ideal. For me, joints can be the best way to get a true sense of how all the different flavor profiles of a sampling like this come to life on your palate, and the nuanced differences between them.
With an extremely euphoric body buzz that will give you the "tingles" all over, this Runtz version is a balanced 50/50 with the best of both sativa and indica worlds. You can be super stoney while retaining your ability to be a super star - perfect for the LA culture.
The next Runtz contender of the tour is this Strawberry Runtz (Runtz x Strawnana - photos beginning above). Running more on the sativa spectrum, we love this batch's ability to produce an active and alert mind while imparting on you a grand level of euphoria as well.
Need to stay motivated AND kick your anxiety to the curb? This Runtz batch is your pick for sure. In the Tour de Runtz, this one is way out in front with the yellow jersey - the race leader able to call on all the energetic abilities it possesses to pull away from the pack.
But, let's not forget to mention the delectable, sweet, and fruity aroma/flavor this cut packs. It's like you twisted a Runtz candy machine and ended up with mostly strawberry and banana pieces.
Last, but certainly not least, is this Forbidden Runtz (above). A cross of Runtz and Forbidden Zkittlez she runs more indica-heavy and has the powerful, but not too sedative, high to prove it. It's also spectacularly grown, has an amazing amount of trichomes, and her stigmas are still fully intact - a very sexy specimen indeed.
