An indica dominant hybrid cross of Black Cherry Funk and Acai strains, this Black Cherry Gelato is currently available from DC i-71 storefront Top Level DC. Wafting its aroma from the spacey looking jars that Top Level deploys with their gifts, this one definitely has that prototypical Gelato smell - one of creamy, gassy, and chocolate all combined.
There are a good amount of trichomes layered across these buds and the texture is still soft and pliable making it great for rolling material. We do prefer rolling this one up in a joint or blunt as we've (the Toker crew) found it to have a smooth toke and highly exotic aftertaste in-line with other solid Gelato experiences.
In terms of effects, expect a great body buzz and a feeling of calm to overtake you. I did get the sense that this was a bit more sedative than the last few Gelato styles I've had around, but the couch lock wasn't insurmountable. Nevertheless, it's probably much better for the nighttime in my opinion.
